We are now in the final stages of the construction of our new home at 104 Oceanview Road, Mt. Maunganui.

The design of the house, in particular the roof profiles, the use of an internal void and other aspects have made it a challenging project.

Our decision to approach and ultimately select Murray Pederson Builders, was based on their excellent reputation and we have been delighted with the decision that we have made. We have been impressed by the attention to detail applied by Murray and all of those involved on site. As well as paying close attention to the finishing aspects of the building, they have put forward a number of practical solutions to certain elements of the construction which have been both cost effective, but at the same time having improved the overall quality of the finish.

The fact that we are located overseas has added another level of complexity to the project. We have however received regular updates as to progress and at all times we have found Murray and the team easy to communicate with. As a consequence, we enjoy a great working relationship and a house that we can be proud of.
